After graduation, I went to beauty school and then worked in Crane for a couple of years. Jowanna Shipman and I moved to Dallas and went to work for Sears and Roebuck in the mail order department where I met my husband Larry. We married in 1961 and lived in Duncanville . We bought an auto repair business and I became a mechanic, well sort of.


We have been in auto repair ever since. In 1997 we sold our business in Duncanville and bought one in Hamilton. Also bought 100 acres of land and a 104 year old house and spent the next 3 years remodeling it. I also raise minature Sicilian donkeys.

We have a boy, Greg, and a girl, Misty, and only one grandchild who is nine. We lost a little girl at birth.

We sold our business the last week in July of this year and Larry had a small stroke the next week. We are waiting to have surgery in a couple of weeks, so I can't make the reunion. Hope you all have a great time, and thanks to Charlotte for all her great work.
