My banking career which began in 1962 took me- of all places-to McCamey for 20 years as President & CEO of Security State Bank which is now headquartered in Odessa. My children are Christy, Insurance Agency in McCamey, and Michael, Special Agent FBI.

In July 1997 I married my high school sweetheart, Diana Leaman and we moved to Odessa in 1999. We have four wonderful grandchildren ages 6 to 23.

Retirement did not agree with me so I agreed to open a branch bank named Txbank in Odessa for Fort Davis State Bank. I'm having soo much fun I may never retire again.
